- NXDB used to compare the barcode and verify with the Database and log data in the database.
Description:
- The parts are placed on the conveyor for the verification and testing of the Barcode.
- ID-40 Scan the Barcode String and passes to the NXDB Controller.
Solution introduction:
NXDB compares the Received string with the selected Product ID, if it doesn’t match with the selected Product then the belt stopped and gives alarms for the Wrong Product.
If it match with the Product ID then NXDB Compares the Barcode string with the SQL Database for the Duplication of the Barcode. If no Duplicate then it log the Data in the SQL database and if Duplicate then it stop the Conveyor for the Operator Checking.
