Description:
- Dumping Section
Raw Material that is to be used by the Bio- feed plant is dumped on to a intake chain conveyor , from there it moves towards the intake section through an intake chain elevator.
- Intake section
The unsorted and non-refined raw material from the previous section goes through a jute remover at the beginning of the intake section for the removal of unwanted substances. The refined materials are then sorted into batching bins for different materials which are then unloaded into a batch mixer one after another to make different batches send them towards the next section.
- Grinding & Mixing Section
Batches of material from the intake section are dropped into a hopper above the hammer mill where grinding of material takes place. The grinded material is then dropped into a ribbon mixer where it is mixed with oil and different types of medicine according to the production demand.
- Pellet Section
The mixture of grinded material with medicine and oil from the previous section is dumped into a hopper, from there it goes through a series of screw conveyors towards a pellet mill which subsequently converts this mixture into consumable pellets.
- Bagging Section
Pelletized feed keg’s . Bags are auto weight and single/double row stitched for hygienic storage or transport.
